She discovered her love of horses over 20 years ago and ultimately decided to marry her two passions, real estate and horses, resulting in the establishment of California Equestrian Properties. She has worked in the real estate business for 20 years and been very successful due to her friendly and confident demeanor. An avid rider in San Marcos, she goes to the barn every day to care for her beloved horse, Hercules. A lifelong horsewoman, Patti has a diverse background in the horse industry. Most recently, she worked for the Del Mar National Horse Show for 10 years as the Sponsorship and Marketing Coordinator, a job well-suited to her extensive writing, communication, and photographic skills. Caring for her sponsors remains a source of great pride as she understands and appreciates the immense value their support of the industry has far beyond the confines of the show arena. Her ability to comprehend a company’s marketing goals enabled her to offer creative solutions to its individual needs while working to help achieve those goals.
