Raw land doesn't faze her. She can evaluate a lot split, subdivision, or developement, and knows how to bring in water, power, septic,
or sewer for a home or ranch facility. She keeps track of the San Diego County "W" designation necessary for landowners who want
to board, breed, and train horses. Further, she knows which parcels have level land, trail access, and can recommend farriers, tack shops, and other services horse owners require.
She is a member of the Select Equestrian Network, a nationwide organization catering to people transferring from state to state
and a Director on the Bonsall Conservancy, an organization dedicated to preserving and establishing trails. Also, as a residential investment consultant, she can advise clients who are considering exchanging investment properties, or one residence for another.
She has sold every type of real estate from condos on the beach to million dollar estates. Her real estate awards include,
Top Listing and Sales from 1989 to 2005 and in 2002 she became a Centurion Agent, placing her in the Top 10% nationwide.
