Hello! My name is Carol Shuttleworth. I have been a horse owner and real estate agent for many years.
Eight years ago, I had a vision to combine my love of horses with my knowledge of real estate.
This was the beginning of my quest to serve the Equestrian community in Southern California,
with Shuttleworth Equestrian Properties. Our company has expanded, and we are now
California Equestrian Properties. Our entire team is experienced with all types of horse properties,
from ranches, land and equestrian estates to established equestrian centers.
My experience includes 25 years as an agent & broker, as well as marketing & building Equestrian Properties.
